With this wine we want to show the great potential of the oldest vineyards of the indigenous Mantonegro variety. Produced only in years of exceptional harvests. The deep roots of vines older than 58 years give the wine the characteristic terroir of the Santa Maria del Camí vineyards and offer a complex, ripe and elegant wine with a great fruity expression. With this wine we want to show that Mantonegro cannot envy other international varieties and can fight with anyone.
MANUFACTURING
Manual harvest and hand selection at the table, bundle by bundle, where only the best bundles are accepted. The fermentation is then carried out at temperatures between 25 and 28 ° C for about 35 days in order to achieve maximum grape expression. Aged in two French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters for 12 months and a further 3 months in the bottle.
