Manual harvest of Giró Ros grapes from our own vineyards. The grapes are then passed through the selection board, where strict quality control is carried out. Gentle pressing of the bundles at low pressure in a pneumatic press to prevent oxidation. Fermentation in a single 500 liter French oak barrel at a controlled temperature of around 16 ° C for around 30 days. Later it rests for 6 months in the barrel with its yeast. The Giró Ros gives the wine ripe aromas of yellow fruits and a great smoothness in the mouth.
