Rosé sparkling wine from the Mallorcan Callet variety using the ancestral method.
MANUFACTURING
Manual harvest of our own vines and selection of the grapes bundle by bundle in the winery. The callet is gently pressed and has a very subtle color and pleasant aromas of fresh red fruits. Fermentation then begins in stainless steel tanks until the sugar drops to around 20 g / l. It is then when it is bottled that the fermentation ends in the bottle and thus receives the characteristic gas due to the action of the yeasts.
