White, young, fresh and delicate aromas that are reminiscent of citrus and white fruits and are mainly produced with the Mallorcan variety Premsal Blanc.
Manual harvest from our own Premsal Blanc vineyard. The grapes are then selected again at the table, where strict quality control is carried out. Soft pressing of the mash at low pressures in the pneumatic press to avoid oxidation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of around 16ºC for around 30 days to preserve the freshness of the flavors. The Premsal brings the wine fresh citrus and white fruit aromas as well as great delicacy in the mouth.
