Young white, sweet and delicate aromas that are reminiscent of ripe white fruits and nuts and were made exclusively with the Mallorcan variety Mantonegro.
Manual harvest from their own Mantonegro vineyard. Subsequent hand selection, in which strict quality control is carried out. Soft pressing of the mash at low pressure in the pneumatic press to avoid oxidation and color transfer. Fermentation in ovoid tanks. Aging with controlled micro-oxygenation at low temperatures of around 16ºC for around 30 days to preserve the freshness of the varietal aromas. The Mantonegro brings the wine ripe aromas of white fruits and a wonderful character.
