This wine is mainly made from grapes from our oldest Mantonegro vineyards, planted by the grandfather of the house 57 years ago. It is an elegant, fruity and deep wine with minerals harvested from our finest chalky vineyards.
MANUFACTURING
Manual harvest in boxes of 15kg. The grapes are carefully selected by hand at the table. Only the best are processed, the rest is sorted out. A grape variety with great aromatic potential that produces warm and fruity wines. The wine is conjugated with a part of Merlot from younger vines, which makes it more structural.

Color: light cherry red with an intense garnet edge
Nose: powerful and complex nose, aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberries, plums), with mineral accents, spicy and milky notes.
Palate: enters quite fresh and elegant, very balanced in the mouth, delicate and gentle tannins. Long and pleasant finish. Excellent presentation of the Mantonegro variety.
Ideal for enjoying a good meal. White fish and rice or white meat.
