Young red wine that shows the main characters of the red fruits of the Mantonegro.
Mineral notes from iron oxide rich soils.
Manual harvest, then handpicked at the table. Grape by grape, where the quality of the grape is carefully controlled. Fermentation is then carried out at temperatures between 23 and 25ºC in order to avoid overaging of the primary aromas of the Mantonegro grapes.
