Vermouth or Spanish presumption - this is not just a drink, this is a ritual, what after
has been rediscovered for a long time and is even absolutely trendy.
Pure artisanal preparation. Developed in cooperation from 7103 Petit Celler and Vermutera de Mallorca. This wonderfully bitter Vermut is made by Bodega 7103 Petit Celler from the local grape of the Premsal Blanc variety made in the typical Mallorcan style. The Vermut is macerated for months with 21 selected herbs, including the Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, Marialluisa, the classic marubi or carnation, which were selected by La Vermutera *

Colour: This wormwood is light brown in color.
Nose: Aromatic intense and very pleasant, with a hint of sweet herbs such as star anise, Marialuisa, Quina and Angelica. Balance and complexity in equal parts.
Palate: In the mouth it is elegant, smooth, fine and round. A slight sweetness and bitterness comes with a refined lemon taste perceived, which gives it freshness and a wonderful aftertaste that makes it sweet.
Fits well with: Just like that, or as an aperitif on the terrace enjoy. The classic way to drink vermouth is on ice cubes, topped up with soda from the siphon, with a slice of orange and an olive on a skewer.
