Vi de la Terra de Mallorca
Young rosé, fresh and balanced with aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and mild milky juice notes, made entirely from the Mallorcan variety Mantonegro.
Manual harvest of our own vineyards and selection of grapes in the wine cellar. The Mantonegro is gently pressed, giving it its delicate color and pleasant aromas of fresh red fruits. It is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14-16ºC for about 20 days.
