 Carlos aims to create the best wine and olive oil in Mallorca. To achieve this, it is the only finca in Mallorca that works according to the strict biological, ecological and biodynamic requirements of the Demeter organization.
 This is very important with olive oil, because the toxins of the pesticides are fat-soluble. Or as Carlos says: if you can only have one ecological product at home, it should be olive oil. Because the toxins of the pesticides are stored in the olives in the lipids, i.e. in the oil, and go directly into the finished olive oil. Not so with our Demeter-certified olive oil from Can Feliu.
