A single-variety, ecological, extra virgin olive oil, which is obtained mechanically and 100% from Arbequina olives that ripen in an olive grove, where on the one hand the land and on the other hand the autochthonous flora and fauna are left in all their naturalness. This fantastic, fruity and quite smooth tasting olive oil has a slightly cloudy tint because it has not been filtered. This gives the Novembre olive oil its unmistakable, Mediterranean taste.
