Handpicked Prensal and Viognier, in our own vineyards, under strict quality control. Gentle pressing of whole grapes at low pressure in a pneumatic press to avoid oxidation. Long fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures, around 15 ° C, for 30 days in order to preserve the intricacy of the aromas of the grape variety. The Prensal gives the wine fresh aromas of white fruits and citrus. The Mediterranean variety Viognier offers complexity and suppleness.
