This quote has accompanied Javier Servera Ribas for over 20 years after a journalist introduced an article about his mother and aunt Joana Oliver, owners of Bodegas Ribas, with this sentence. The importance of this quote moved him to make it his motto. Translated, this means for him: "If you don't try the wine, you can't judge the quality." Against this background, an extraordinary and very rare red wine was created.
