This new creation from Ribas is a salmon-colored rosé wine made from the Mantonegro grape variety. The grapes, which are picked late (partially dried), are processed gently and so this sweet wine unfolds its full-fruity aroma of sun-ripe berries and red fruits with a great balance of sweetness and acidity in the glass.
